By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. No exceptions.

- You must not have been previously banned from FetConect.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
- If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not share your account with anyone else.
- You may maintain only one account unless we grant written permission otherwise.
3. Adult Content
FetConect is an adult social network. Content on the Service may include nudity, sexual themes, fetish material, and other adult subject matter. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to exposure to such content.
Prohibited content
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:
- Any content depicting or suggesting persons under the age of 18 in a sexual context
- Any content depicting non-consensual sexual activity
- Any content depicting bestiality, incest, or sexual violence
- Any content that violates the law of the United States or your jurisdiction
- Any content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Commercial advertising, solicitation of sex work, or promotion of illegal goods or services
- Impersonation of another person
- Spam, phishing, malware, or bulk unsolicited messaging
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse
- Content promoting violence against any individual or group
Content you post
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant FetConect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law, or where the content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it.
Media moderation
Uploaded media is subject to review. Media classified as adult will be moved to your private gallery. Media that violates these Terms will be removed and may result in account termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security
- Use automated tools to access the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to distribute malware or phishing attempts
- Circumvent age verification or geographic restrictions
5. Membership and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Premium," "Founding Member," or "Lifetime Member"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Founding Members who maintain continuous paid subscription retain their introductory rate for the lifetime of their subscription. Cancelling and resubscribing forfeits the locked rate.
- Lifetime Members receive permanent Premium access with no renewal. See Section 15 for the Lifetime refund commitment.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we determine your conduct poses a risk to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. You may request an export of your data before termination.
7. Copyright and DMCA
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA Policy for how to submit a notice.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Service at your own risk.
We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information. We do not conduct criminal background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Meeting someone you met through the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetConect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FetConect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [COUNTY, STATE]. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, 2257 Statement, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FetConect.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Lifetime Member Commitment
If FetConect permanently ceases operation, we commit to the following:
- At least ninety (90) days' advance notice to all Lifetime Members
- Export of each member's profile data and galleries in a portable format
- Refund to each Lifetime Member on a pro-rata basis against a ten-year horizon. A member who purchased in year 1 and experiences a shutdown in year 4 receives 70% of their payment back.
