FetConect is not a producer of sexually explicit content as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. FetConect is a hosting platform. Member-uploaded content is stored, processed, and displayed at the direction of the uploading member.
1. Our role
- FetConect does not produce, direct, or commission sexually explicit content. Members upload their own content voluntarily.
- FetConect does not hire, contract, or compensate performers depicted in uploaded content.
- FetConect operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
2. Member responsibility
By uploading content, you represent and warrant:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- Every person depicted in the content is at least 18 years of age.
- You have consent from every person depicted to publish the content.
- You have the right to publish the content.
3. Age verification at registration
FetConect requires every member to confirm they are 18 or older at registration. Payment methods and third-party verification may be required for premium features.
4. Moderation and enforcement
- Uploaded media passes through automated review before public display.
- Media flagged as likely to depict minors is removed immediately and reported to NCMEC.
- Accounts tied to prohibited content are terminated and blocked from re-registration.
- Records of enforcement actions are retained as required by law.
