Submitting a DMCA notice
Send written notice to our designated DMCA agent, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on FetConect (URL or member name)
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf

Our response
- We acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 2 business days.
- We remove or disable access to infringing content expeditiously.
- We notify the affected member and provide instructions for counter-notification.
- Repeat infringers are terminated.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, submit a counter-notification to dmca@fetconect.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the US, for any district in which FetConect may be found, and that you will accept service of process
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original claimant notifies us of legal action.
